What is resigning apps?
Usually to install cracked apps you would need to be jailbroken in order to install something called AppSync, this is used to allow your device to install apps that have been cracked.
AppAddict has changed this we have simplified the resign process gone are the days of having to resign your own apps, installing complicated virtual machines because you dont have a mac. Now it is all simply done by RegMyUDiD via the AppAddict iOS app.

Why is There a Cost?
AppAddict is and will always be a free service to its users!
There are a couple of things that people need to understand about why the non jailbreak version of AppAddict has an initial cost.
The jailbreak version of AppAddict is free because when jailbroke we are able to make use of a cydia package called AppSync. AppSync allows your device to install apps that have had their codesign removed (cracked apps). So because this is available free to everyone who is jailbroke it provides a way to install the AppAddict App for free at the cost of jailbreaking your device i may add. Even though this is free to users it is still at a cost to us here at AppAddict the website and services we offer dont just sit on a computer in my house, they require masses of server resources and bandwidth all coming at very high costs. Luckily advertising sort of balances this out so its cool we dont mind its not costing us its not costing you everyone is happy.
The NON JailBreak version of AppAddict requires the use of a developers certificate and also a provisioning profile in order to install the actual AppAddict app initially, and also to install any additional app you install using AppAddict. The reason for this is simple - there is no jailbreak for iOS 6.1.4 + and especially not for new devices like the 5S, so no jailbreak means no AppSync. Without appsync the only way to install cracked apps is with the aid of a certificate as explained above. These certificates are not free they actually come at a cost payable to Apple!
